Galvanizing kettle is made from low carbon , low silicon , special quality plat of 50 mm thick. “D.S.Q (Dead Soft Quality )” specially made for galvanizing Tank with following chemical composition.

 

• Carbon – 0.04 % - 0.06 %
• Manganese – 0.230 % - 0.025%
• Phosphorus – 0.021% - 0.027%
• Sulphur – 0.021% - 0.027%
• Silicon – 0.037% - 0.050%
